(I don't believe him but I'm not in the room when he weighs himself either, he's looking more slender though.) His job is very active so maybe? Plus, the faster you lose weight, the more likely you are to gain it back. Me, I'm currently on the injured list so not at work and sedentary. I'm in school so I do walk to class and hike up 4 flights of stairs. Day 1:no weight loss. Day 2: 2 lb's. Day 3:.5 lbs. Day 4:no weight loss so far. We have a scale that tells you BMI (body mass index). Even though I'm not losing weight like my hubby, my fat % is slowly decreasing (I guess it's all the stairs I try to run up and down) and muscle/water % is slowly increasing. Honestly, I have been drinking TONS of water! So, for all the negative people out there that say it's water weight, maybe. I can only speak for myself, I know it's not water weight I'm losing. I know if I were more active I'd be losing more weight also. Our food intake has drastically decreased, not because of pills (I don't think?), but from our drastic increase of water (due to pills) in our diet. I drink 2 glasses of water, take my pill, drink another 2 glasses of water (because I'm paranoid about getting those side effects), wait about 20-30 minutes and eat. With all the H2O (64+ ounces/day for me) in my belly I eat about half of what I used to eat and feel overly stuffed (and bloated, haha). I do get hungry and thirsty more often, so I've been eating 4 smaller meals/day (which is suggested anyways) and drink H2O before/after all meals, but overall eating a lot less. We had already started changing what we eat a while ago, but not losing any weight. It's only been 4 days but, with the addition of the pill were actually starting to lose weight now. All in all, so far, we're both very happy with the results. Do I think this is a miracle weight loss pill, no. Do I think this pill works, yes, but like anyone or any website will tell you, you have to make an honest effort, don't expect the pill to do it all for you.”
